Heat press required for transfers
Chenille Patch
Heat press required
Temperature Press at 350-375 - each press will vary
Pre-press garment 5-7 seconds before applying
Place Patch on desired location and cover with Parchment paper or a Teflon sheet
Press Patch for 20 seconds
HEAVY pressure required
Once initial press is complete turn shirt inside out and press again.
Single Color Low Heat formula Screen Print
Heat press required
Temperature 325 for polyester -350 for cotton - each press will vary - If having trouble with white ink transfers adjust heat to be a little hotter
Pre-press garment before applying screen
Apply screen in desired location and Press for 7-10 seconds - may need to press a few seconds longer depending on press
Hot peel
HEAVY pressure required
Full Color Traditional Screen Low Heat Formula
Heat press required
Temperature 320 for cotton and 300 for Polyester - each press will vary
Pre-press garment before applying screen
Apply screen in desired location and Press screen for 7-10 seconds
Hot peel
HEAVY pressure required
Full Color Clear Film Screen Prints
Heat press required
Temperature 325-350 temps vary
Pre-press garment before applying screen
Apply screen in desired location and Press screen for 10-15 seconds
Hot peel
